Mon Vieux Sauvignon Blanc – This Sauvignon is from a block high up above the chilly Atlantic and surrounded by 100 year old apple orchards, this phenomenally breezy place is stiff with tight, bright, expressive fruit and gives the grapes richness but naturally high acidity. The wind gives the vines a natural green harvest so yields are low, the grapes were hand-harvested in early March.
