How much will I pay for delivery?

We want you to receive your wine in tip top condition and quickly. To ensure this happens, all our wines are shipped in extra strength ‘bottle-safe’ air cushioned packaging and we only use the premium courier services provided by DPD and Parcel Force. They offer a timed delivery window as standard. To keep things simple all orders are delivered within England, Wales and Scotland (excluding Highlands & Islands) at the flat rate of £5.99.

Deliveries to offshore locations; Scottish Highlands & Islands; Isle of Man; Northern Island; Channel Islands and Scilly Islands will be charged at £22.50 for orders up to 30kg for courier delivery within 2-5 days.

Inspiring Wines can only deliver within the United Kingdom inline with UK customs regulations.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept payments with all major UK credit and debit cards using Stripe and of course we accept payments via Paypal.

How long will delivery take?

Please bear with us in these challenging times. We are processing and delivering orders but delivery times are slightly increased. We will always aim to get your wine to you as soon as possible.

We will always strive to get your wine to you as quickly as possible. Orders within England, Wales & Scotland (excluding Highlands & Islands) placed before noon Monday to Thursday will be shipped the same day and will arrive next day.

Orders placed after noon will be prepared and shipped first thing the following day and will arrive the day after shipping.

Orders placed between noon on Thursday and noon on Friday will be prepared and shipped the same day to arrive Monday.

Orders placed after noon on Friday or over the weekend will be shipped first thing on Monday to arrive Tuesday.

Deliveries to offshore locations: Scottish Highlands & Islands; Isle of Man; Northern Island; Channel Islands and Scilly Islands will be delivered within 2-5 days.

We only use premium courier services so you can expect a timed delivery window as standard and once your order is placed you will receive an email outlining your delivery options.

It absolutely is! We take data security very seriously, the only data we will ever share is with our delivery partner (Name, address, email, mobile number) to allow them to deliver your wine and contact you to let you know where it is and when it will arrive. is compliant with General Data Protection Regulations 2018 and we only collect personal data relating and relevant to sales and delivery of products via the website or relating to distribution of marketing materials for products or services listed on the website. is secure and adheres to all payment card industry standards (PCI compliance), always ensure you access Inspiring Wines at



What exactly happens after placing my order?

Once an order is placed it will be processed promptly and your wine will be selected and packaged securely ready for delivery. If the order is placed before noon Monday to Friday it will be prepared and shipped the same day and should arrive the following day. Ensure you provide us with an email address and mobile number to allow our delivery partner DPD/Parcel Force to contact you regarding your timed delivery slot and your ‘inflight’ delivery options.

Can I track my order?

Yes you can.

Our courier partners DPD and Parcel Force offer not only the timed delivery service as standard but also allow you to track exactly where your wine is prior to it arriving on your doorstep. Ensure you provide an email address or mobile number when you place your order to allow them to contact you once your wine is on it’s way. You’ll receive an email/text from them with a link to allow you to track your delivery.

    Our office is typically manned during normal business hours Monday to Friday, but if no one is available when you call please leave a name and number and we will get back to you. Even if we are not in the office we will always try to respond to email as quickly as possible, typically within a couple of hours.

    Calls to 03 numbers are charged at the same rate as calls to geographic numbers (starting 01 or 02). These numbers are usually included as part of any inclusive call minutes in the same way as geographic calls. Although please check with your network provider for confirmation.
