Wirral is where we live and we are extremely proud to have the chance to get involved in this event. Wirral Food & Drink Festival

Bringing together an abundance of local producers and celebrity chefs from Wirral and beyond, the all-new Wirral Food & Drink Festival presents a two-day gastronomic experience for food and drink lovers in Birkenhead Park.
With elements curated by nationally renowned Wirral-born chef, Paul Askew of The Art School Restaurant, the Festival will be a showcase of what Wirral has to offer from field to fork.
Set against the backdrop of one of Wirral’s most celebrated and beautiful Green Flag parks, this is not to be missed, with something for all the family alongside fantastic art and entertainment and the mouth-watering array of food and drink on offer.
This event is part of a jam-packed weekend in Wirral with Birkenhead Park as the hub for a number of stellar events. This event will take place as part of a September to remember at the park alongside Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra at Birkenhead Park on Saturday 7 September, Lightning Seeds, The Christians & China Crisis on Sunday 8 September followed by OVO Energy Tour of Britain on Wednesday 11 September.
Getting there
Train: Birkenhead Park train station is a short walk away from the Ashville Road entrance gate. Turn right onto Duke Street on exiting the station, continue straight, across Park Road North onto Ashville Road. The entrance gate will be clearly signposted.
