The nose is rich whilst the palate plays host to mineral notes accompanied by green apple, peach and lemon. A rich style with creamy flavours that are balanced by a good freshness.
Domaine Roux Pere et Fils is a family-run business based in the hills of St Aubin, at the southern end of the Cote d’Or. The domaine owns vineyards in most of the main appellations, all the way up to Grand Cru.
