Domaine des Tourelles White
This wine displays a fine heritage in the Bekaa Valley with many traditional methods being utilised to produce it, the predominantly French varietal grapes are 100% harvested by hand. The wine is an intriguing blend of grape varieties, displaying the French heritage but also mixing in indigenous varieties, including Viognier, Chardonnay, Obeidi and Muscat de’Alexandrie.
The dynamic trio of winemakers at Domaine des Tourelles proudly apply traditional artisan skills to produce their handcrafted wines, they practice minimum intervention in the vineyards and cellar, use of indigenous natural yeasts, no fining or filtering, and only very small amounts of sulphur in their wines
What does it go with?:
It doesn’t need to go with anything, it’s fabulous on it’s own but if you must eat. Grilled or baked fish, anything with olives, olive oil or Mediterranean flavours. It sings with tabbouleh, hummus or roast Mediterranean vegetables.
