Produced by Jean-Luc Mardon at his small estate near Oisly in The Loire, the wine is a blend of his best parcels producing a sophisticated Touraine Sauvignon which would rival most Sancerres. This particular vintage previously scooped a Silver award at the Sommelier Wine Awards.

A very new world style with aromas of fresh grapefruit, intense nettle, just sliced green peppers and a hint of honey. Palate is refreshing and light, with hints of peach and apricot and mouth filling minerality, teamed with clean acidity. This wine shows a great balance of ripeness and freshness with underlying minerality – just what Touraine Sauvignon should be.
