The Winery
The Badalisc is a mythical creature of the Val Camonica, in the southern central Alps.
A selection of premium quality grapes are harvested from mature vineyards in the Veneto and Friuli, northern Italy. The grapes are crushed and gently pressed and the juice allowed to settle and clarify before cool fermentation at 16 to 18C in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine spends 3 to 6 months on fine lees before bottling.
Tasting Notes:
Ripe and textural Pinot Grigio. Apple aromas with hints of honey and peach. On the palate, the wine is textural with layers of orchard fruit, spice, and fresh citrus acidity.
Perfect with:
Caesar salad, pasta dishes with salmon or chicken.
