Il Badalisc Pinot Grigio – Venezie, Italy
In the Winery
A selection of premium quality grapes are hand-harvested for Il Badalisc Pinot Grigio from mature vineyards in the Veneto and Friuli, northern Italy. The grapes are crushed and gently pressed and the juice allowed to settle and clarify before cool fermentation at 16 to 18C in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
The wine spends 3 to 6 months on fine lees before bottling.
Tasting Notes
Ripe and textural Pinot Grigio. Apple aromas with hints of honey and peach. On the palate the wine is textural with layers of orchard fruit, spice and fresh citrus acidity.

The Producer – Adria Vini
Established in 2003, Adria Vini is the leading co-operative in the Monferrato hills of Piemonte. Their aim is to produce authentic, well-priced still and sparkling wines from local grape varieties. All aspects of production, from grape selection through to vinification, maturation, blending and bottling are meticulously overseen by Araldica’s winemaking team of Claudio Manera and Lella Burdese. They source from a range of private growers and cooperatives, with whom they have long term relationships, principally in Veneto, Friuli, Lombardy, Sicily, Puglia, Abruzzo and Sardinia.
