The grapes for this wine come from the single vineyard “La Vinyeta Vella” which is planted on a hillside of pronounced slopes of ‘Llicorella’ slate soil at 350m above sea level. The vines themselves are all between 65-90 years old and produce only one or two bunches of highly concentrated fruit per plant.

The palate is full, rich and intense with layers of sweet berry fruit and a great core of classic smoky Priorat minerality. The tannins are juicy, silky and harmonious, all supported by masculine but elegant structure.
