Mon Vieux ‘Sheer’ Syrah Tannat
South Africa has been a focus for the Boutinot family for many years: they first started making wine here in 1993. Since then they have invested in their own vineyards and a winery in the Cape, whilst also developing strong partnerships with local growers, particularly in the wine regions of Paarl, Stellenbosch and Robertson. These relationships are vital; providing consultancy to maximise the quality of grapes produced, controlling yields and working together to uphold the philosophy that wine is made in the vineyard.
