Nyetimber Rosé 2009
Tiny gentle bubbles and a vibrant salmon colour distinguish this blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Lovely blackcurrant and strawberry aromas intermingle with hints of spice and brioche to add layers of complexity and interest. The supple texture of the wine is coaxed out by these ripe, sweet red fruit flavours together with its frothy character. A bright currant flavour balances the fullness and leaves the palate refreshed.
