Pommard Domaine Bouley

From the most famous of white Burgundy villages, Les Tillets (from the medieval word for Lime Tree) is elegant and mineral, with characteristic textural intensity, a broad tropical palate, balanced by a racy and vivacious finish.
A relatively young domaine established in the Cote de Beaune but with mature vineyards in classic appellations of Beaune, Pommard and Meursault. The now custodians, Brigitte Berthelemot and winemaker, Marc Cugney are passionate about Pinot Noir and the multitude of expressions the Burgundian terroir offers.
