After working in Cape Town for 20 years, Neville Dorrington and his family decided it was time to move to the country. Lovers of the partnership between good food and good wine, the search for a wine farm began. The farm was found on 136 hectares of virgin soils not yet cultivated. Slopes facing north, south, east and west with excellent drainage and sufficient water. Perfect for creating their low yielding high quality grapes. The grapes are hand picked in the cool of the night to retain freshness and flavours.
